Technology
How we make concentrate

Receiving and washing
Fruit goes through incoming inspection and multi-stage washing.

Sorting
We select only ripe, undamaged fruit.

Crushing and pressing
We obtain natural not-from-concentrate juice.

Clarification and filtration
We remove suspended solids while keeping taste and colour.

Concentration
Vacuum evaporation to 70–72° Brix with aroma recovery.
06
Aseptic packaging
Filling into sterile bags in 250 kg drums.
Equipment
European processing technology
The lines run continuously and are built for high volumes during the season.
Gentle processing preserves the natural taste, colour, vitamins and minerals of the fruit.

More than 5,000 ha of supplier orchards in the Fergana Valley. Quality is controlled at every stage, from orchard to processing.
Finished concentrate is stored in aseptic packaging at the plant warehouse. We ship batches with a full set of documents
